What will I get for my money?
1.) A license file to turn the trial version into a registered copy.
2.) Registration includes support by eMail, free updates and special offers on upgrades to future software products.
Can I order by fax or phone?
Yes, sure. If you prefer to order via phone or fax, you can do so from Regnow company please include the product number 7731-3
How long does it take for my license file to arrive?
As soon as your order has arrived here we'll review it for security reasons and credit card fraud protection - once your order has been verified, you'll receive a registration eMail with your license file attached and some additional instructions required to unlock your trial version(s).
This procedure might take up to 24 hours, but usually your order will be fulfilled within a couple of hours only.
I CAN NOT access Some PC-Optimizer features?
if this message appeared that missing files then you must have VB6 run time files ((usually came with windows SP2)) or you could download it from.

Will I get free software updates?
It is the policy of Asmw Soft Systems Software to make all versions of its products available for free upgrade.
What about my privacy?
When you purchase a product from Asmw Soft Systems, name, address and e-mail address may be gathered and stored in our customer database. Asmw Soft Systems Software does not distribute this information to third parties. This also applies to other types of information that you provide, such as telephone or fax numbers.
The personal information that you supply is not used to send you unsolicited messages of any kind.
Asmw Soft Systems does not store credit card information that you supply in any way.
If you send us an e-mail message requesting technical support, your e-mail address will not be stored or shared with third parties.
Is there a return policy I do have to accept?
Yes, before you place an order you must accept our return policy:
Before deciding to purchase our software, please be sure to download, install, and test-drive the evaluation versions that we provide.
We do not offer refunds on software where the unlock code has already been sent to the customer. We go to great lengths to produce a trial version with which customers can ensure their satisfaction and system compatibility. This allows them to make an informed purchasing decision. Once that purchase has been made, we do not offer a cash refund or an exchange. We feel this policy is consistent with the major software retailers nationwide.
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies.
Therefore, Asmw Soft Systems does not accept product returns or exchanges. You are expected to be satisfied with the product before purchasing.
You must testdrive our software before you decide to buy it.
Can I return or exchange the software?
No - a refund or exchange is not possible.

Can I use my 'Single license' on all my machines?
No - one license is for one machine only - if you need more licenses, there a volume licenses and discounts available. Details on the order page.
Do you offer volume discounts or can we arrange a special price for a multi-license purchase?
Yes, we do offer volume discounts - please check the product's order page. If you would like to purchase multiple licenses for one of our software products, you may also contact us at email@example.com and check for a special arrangement for your special case.
I've registered your software, but I've lost my registration details - what now?
It is very important that you save or print your original receipt or registration email since we cannot resend registration mails if your receipt or registration information gets lost due to system crash or any other data loss!
